A very frustrating situation made good by Kevin Coan's office. After a weekend fiasco where no one would help me, Kevin called me personally first thing on Monday morning and rectified the issue immediately. That is what I call old-fashioned customer service!

I do not recommend State Farm insurance, the service is horrible, they messed me around for almost 6 months putting 2 cars on my insurance account, and for several months of trying to solve it without success and still with abusive increases every month, I spoke to management and everything and nothing, employees who care little about the customer, until I canceled and I am with another insurance company... I do not recommend them State Farm

Raised my bill by 50% in 13 months time with no explanation other than “an increase in claims”. Loyalty means nothing, and customer service agents don’t care. Sad to say they’re going downhill quickly.
