"I purchased a state farm policy online which was simple and easy. Out of the blue this firm called me and harassed me to purchase additional insurance. I am certain you will train your staff in appropriate customer service going forward."
"HB, I’m not really sure what’s going on with your policy, but yes the process to buy online can be simple. However the agency must then follow up to get the required documents in to underwriting. They typically require a wet signature. Give me a ring tomorrow and I go over with you. Kevin Coan 856-461-2222"

"I do not recommend State Farm insurance, the service is horrible, they messed me around for almost 6 months putting 2 cars on my insurance account, and for several months of trying to solve it without success and still with abusive increases every month, I spoke to management and everything and nothing, employees who care little about the customer, until I canceled and I am with another insurance company... I do not recommend them State Farm"

"Raised my bill by 50% in 13 months time with no explanation other than “an increase in claims”. Loyalty means nothing, and customer service agents don’t care. Sad to say they’re going downhill quickly."
